My husband and I have lived here since the second building opened and absolutely love it! The location is awesome, the construction/design is modern and trendy, and the staff and maintenance are so timely with their responses and genuinely care about their residents! We’re so glad we chose to live here!

Been living here for almost one year now! I would say it is one of the best apartments in Birmingham and definitely top natch in the entire country. The service and maintenance is excellent! Only thing is the neighbors can get a little loud sometimes, and after the resident who smokes weed moved out (they also deep clean the carpet) the apartment has been better than ever! Thanks to the management! They have always been helpful!
